3. Client Obligations

To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process.
  • Implement agreed-upon recommendations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain open and prompt communication throughout the service period.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for Local SEO Package only, subject to the following conditions:

  • The client has fulfilled all obligations outlined in Section 3.
  • The guarantee period and specific terms will be detailed in the individual service agreement provided during onboarding.
  • The money-back guarantee does not cover any cover any third-part non-recoverable costs, e.g. marketing asset purchases, advertising costs e.g. paid listings or unforeseen changes like a nuclear-strike on Letchworth…
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within the specified guarantee period.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms, including amounts and schedules, will be specified in the individual service agreement.
  • Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the service engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEO Thatworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
